Short term use of PPIs may be beneficial for healing ulcers but not recommended for long term use. Long-term use of PPIs has been associated with a number of health concerns, including increased risk of gut infections, hip fracture, kidney failure, and pneumonia.

How much does the program cost?


The program fee is $150 which covers 2 live group visits, program materials and access to the program via an easy-to-use mobile app.




Is the program covered by insurance?


Insurance coverage is dependent on your current plan, co-pay or deductible terms. We will submit a bill to your insurance only if you are an existing patient in Dr. Vivian Asamoah's practice. If you have not established a doctor-patient relationship with her yet, you will need to make an appointment with her office for the program to be covered by your insurance.




Can I join the program without attending the live sessions?


Unfortunately, no. The live sessions are mandatory for you to be a part of the program.




If I miss enrollment for an ongoing group, will I get another opportunity to join?


This is a unique opportunity to join our Gastroenterologist Dr. Asamoah, and our nutrition team in a group setting for addressing chronic symptoms. If you miss our ongoing group, we will have a waitlist for possible opportunities in the future.
