How to Set Goals and Tasks
STEPS:
Access the Goals Section:Â On the home page, locate the "Goals" section within the WellnessWits app. This is the tab just below your program activities.
2. Create a New Goal:Â Click the "New Goal" button to initiate the goal creation process.
3. Define Your Goal:Â A new screen would pop. Asking you to enter your goal. Be specific and clear about what you want to achieve. For example, "Improve my sleep quality" or "Increase my daily water intake."
4. Break Down your goal into Tasks : Click on the "Add Tasks" option to include these. Now you are able to break down your main goal into smaller, more manageable tasks.
5. Set Due Dates (Optional):Â Consider assigning due dates to your tasks to stay on track.
6. Track Your Progress:Â The WellnessWits app keeps you updated on your goals in percentage . You are able to monitor your progress towards your goal.
7. Celebrate Achievements:Â Acknowledge your accomplishments as you reach milestones or complete your goal. This helps maintain motivation and keeps you moving forward.
