Navigate through your calendar
 At the top of the screen, you can utilize the mini calendar to easily switch between dates and plans and see your fitness plan for the week or day ahead.
Choose your Fitness category With the top navigation bar, you can select your desired fitness category from Cardio, Strength Training, Yoga, or HIIT.
Explore exercises/workouts After clicking on your desired fitness category, to find a variety of exercises/workouts, click on the "Search Here" field displayed on the top of screen. This will lead you to a comprehensive list of exercises/workouts under your selected category. For example, under the Cardio category, you will see exercises like Running, Cycling, Jump Rope, etc.
Use the search or browse Exercises feature At the top of the screen, use the search bar to find specific exercises/workouts, or simply scroll through the available options. Once you find an exercise/workout that interests you, click the "View Exercise" button.
View exercise details After clicking on the view exercise button, you can see all the details of the workout. This includes the workout title, duration, difficulty level, equipment needed, detailed instructions, and any additional tips. Once you've reviewed the workout, click the "Back" button to return to the main menu.
Log your daily fitness activity Accurately track your daily fitness activity in the "Add New Entry" section. Click the "Add" button to begin entering your daily fitness entries.
Input workout details A pop-up window will appear after clicking on the "Add" button, allowing you to input your workout details such as exercise type, duration, intensity level, and any notes about your experience.
Save your fitness entry After filling in all the details, click the "Save" button to store your fitness entry.
Stay up-to-date on fitness topics Stay informed about the latest fitness trends and tips by browsing trending articles under "Fitness Blogs." Click on an article that interests you for in-depth information. Once finished reading, return to the main menu using the "Back" button.
