Mobile App - Getting Started with the Reflect Module

STEPS :

  1. Explore the Sections: The Reflect Module offers several features: Breathwork, Self-Check, Affirmations, and a Personal Journal.

  1. Believe in Yourself Reminder: At the top of the screen, a daily message serves as a motivational prompt, reminding you to believe in your potential.

  2. Find Your Calm with Breathwork: Click the Breathwork feature to begin a guided meditation. Follow the instructions for deep breathing exercises. Once finished, click the "X" button to exit. We hope this leaves you feeling centered and grounded.

  3. Self-Check Your Habits:  The Self-Check section allows you to reflect on your health habits through prompts like "I am mindful of what I eat at all times." This self-assessment helps you identify areas for improvement.

  4. Affirm Your Goals with Affirmations: Discover a bank of positive affirmations categorized by Mindset, Relationships, Motivation, and Resilience. Each category further breaks down into specific subsets like Finances, Health, Career, and more.

Click on a desired subset to view affirmations you can repeat or meditate upon. You can even personalize these affirmations or add your own! Each affirmation also includes actionable steps to help you achieve your goals.

  1. Journal Your Thoughts: Finally, the "What's on Your Mind?" feature allows for therapeutic journaling. After completing your journal entries, click the "Save" button to store your reflections.
