Mobile App - Getting Started with the Track Module

STEPS :

Access Your Track Module: Locate the Track Module on the top navigation bar. It's divided into three sections: Risk Assessment, Body Metrics, and Vitals.

Track Your Progress: At the top of the screen, you'll find a calendar. Use this calendar to toggle between dates and easily fill in your health data.

Risk Assessment: Click on your preferred date. The first section, Risk Assessment, utilizes your WellnessWits score to provide percentages for various health aspects, including: Nutrition, Stress, Hormonal Health, Food Metabolism, Toxin Exposure, and Immune Health. If you feel you missed details during your initial assessment, you can easily retake it here.

Below the assessment details, you'll find a graph charting your WellnessWits score over time (This Week, Month, and Year). Clicking on your preferred timeframe displays your score's progress within that period.

Body Metrics: Navigate to the Body Metrics section by clicking the next item on the top navigation bar. Here, you can input your daily weight, BMI, height, and waist circumference. Consistent tracking of these metrics is crucial to monitor progress towards your health and fitness goals.

The section also displays the last date these metrics were updated, providing valuable insight into your progress so far.

Vital Tracking: Finally, track your vitals by entering your heart rate, respiratory rate, blood sugar, blood oxygen, blood pressure, and body temperature. Similar to the Body Metrics section, you'll find WellnessWits vs. Week/Month/Year insights for each vital sign.
