Mobile App - How to join a group session with a provider

Sessions:

In the Sessions section of a program, you can attend live sessions set out by the provider. Here's how to get involved:

- On the top navigation bar on the right-hand side of the screen just beside program Modules, Click on the "Sessions" section.

- You'll find a list of scheduled sessions, each with a title, description, date, and registration status.

- Click on the “Check-in” button to join a session. Please note that registration is required, to join a session.

- Before successful registration is completed, two (2) Pre-Assessment forms are to be filled.

- Now you are successfully registered for a session.

- To access more information about this, click on a session title or the forwards pointing arrow, to access full details.

- You'll see information as regards the about the session, including the host, the session's topic, date, and time.

- If the session is live, join at the specified date and time.

- This would take you directly to a meeting link and will allow you to participate in real-time discussions and activities led by the host.

- For recorded sessions, after the session is completed; you can access them as long as you “checked in” for the program session.

- Click on the “Complete” button to view or listen to recorded session content when it's convenient for you.
