Mobile App - Password Reset / Forgot Password

Forgot Password Process :

You can reset your password via two options; Email or SMS

Reset Password via Email:

• Click on the email rest button option

• Input your email for the reset code.

• Once you have done this, you will receive the reset code in your email.

• Input the code retrieved from the email. Once you are sure; click on the continue.

Reset Password via SMS:

• Click on the SMS reset button option

• Input your phone number for the reset code.

• Once you have done this, you will receive an SMS OTP reset code in your messages.

• Input the code retrieved from the SMS. Once you are sure; click on the continue.
