How much does the personal health analysis cost?

The fee is $450 which covers 2 consultations, lab report analysis and access to a 3-month nutrition plan (includes an elimination diet protocol) via an easy-to-use mobile app. Please note: Payment for your personalized health analysis does not include costs for lab testing.

Is the program covered by insurance?

Insurance coverage is not accepted at this time for the personalised health analysis.

What lab tests are analysed in a PHA?

Complete Blood Count: Used to determine your body’s cellular function and can be used to help detect a variety of disorders including infections, anemia, diseases of the immune system, and blood cancers. Comprehensive Metabolic Panel: Assesses organ function and checks for illnesses such as diabetes, liver disease, and kidney disease. Lipid Panel: Measures fats and fatty substances. Helps to assess risk of cardiovascular health issues. Thyroid Panel: Evaluates thyroid function and/or help diagnose hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. DHEA-Sulfate: Helps evaluate adrenal gland function. Used to detect adrenal tumors or cancers. Vitamin D: To assess risk for certain chronic diseases associated with deficiency e.g. cardiovascular disease, autoimmunity, Irritable Bowel Disease (IBD)

Must the recommended supplements be sourced through you?

You are free to purchase supplements on your own, however, as we are not able to attest to the efficacy or authenciticy of any supplement you buy on your own, we would strongly discourage buying supplements from any source that is not certified Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). Will meal plans include recipes and shopping lists?

The meal plan is tailor-made for you by our health coaches who will coach you on the types of foods recommended for your specific health needs. Our coaches will also share ideas on how to source for whole organic foods available to you locally.

Do I have to track my meals and calories?

We do generally recommend tracking, but tracking is not forever! It’s a very useful tool to help us see, objectively, which foods trigger your symptoms and which ones make you feel better. It’s also a useful tool for accountability, especially since we will be working together only virtually.

How much do blood tests costs and where do can I order Labs?

We are able to order lab testing for you and you may also order labs through your primary care physician. Estimated cost for basic lab tests from our preferred lab (LabCorp) is $350. Your personalized lab report analysis does not include costs for lab testing. To save costs, you may submit your most recent lab tests if done within the last 3 months.
