Mobile App- How to get started with Programs

Navigating through programs in Care plan :

You can join specific healthcare programs that are attached to your care plan. These programs are designed to enhance your well-being.

STEPS:

i. All attached programs on the care plan screen are in a horizontal scrollable bar.

ii. Click on a program to see access more information.

iii. Programs are subdivided into: Description, Modules, Sessions, and Forums

i. Description:

- Click on a program description to be able to understand what the program is about, Program duration, and care team assigned to that program.

- If you want to participate, if the program is not live yet, click on "Interested." And you would be waitlisted and notified immediately group goes live so you can join the group.

- If you want to participate, and the program is live click on the “Join” button and you would have access to program and its resources.

Modules:

The "Modules" section of a program contains organized learning materials. Here's how to navigate through it:

- On the top navigation bar on the right-hand side of the screen just beside program description, Click on the "Modules" section.

- You'll find a list of modules, each with a title, description, and date.

- Within the module, educational content is contained.

- Click on a module to access its detailed information.

- Explore the module's content, including lectures and descriptions, to engage with the program's educational materials.

- To keep track of your progress, use the "Mark as read" option.

- Explore multimedia content by clicking on images or videos within the module.

- Access additional resources by clicking on the links or documents provided.

Forums:

- In the "Forums" section of a program, you can connect with other users, ask questions, and engage in discussions. Here's how to participate:

- Within the program, On the top navigation bar on the right-hand side of the screen just beside program Sessions, Click on the "Forums" section.

- You'll get to see a list of forum posts with usernames, timestamps, and reply to options.

- To reply/ respond to a comment, click the "React" or "Reply" button.

- Share your thoughts, questions, or media attachments in the text field provided.

- Click on the arrow button on the bottom right to submit a response and contribute to the discussion.

- You can see all replies to a post by clicking "View all Replies".

- If you have a question, type in the “Write Something field” post by clicking an arrow button the bottom right.
